I just opened this file and it is a waste of time. I have customer service number 18-6er and they are out of town today so I cannot call them. They said its the end of the world and I should go to customer service or their support site. Im losing my mind. What is with these people and their never ending problemThe user has tried every step in the cycle including contacting customer service but has not been successful. Its as if nothing is wrong and they keep getting better at their work. This system is terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone.
