I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. The guy who helped me said it would cost me 500 to get my backup up and running and it only took him 10 minutes to do it for me. What an awful experience

"1 Star - Do Not"

1 star - Do not use this company. They are in the business of making you pay for their incompetence. I had to call them three times to get my backup plan changed because they never understood what I was saying and always said they would get back to me within a day or so. In reality it took weeks and multiple calls before they finally got back to me. The last time I spoke with them they were very Khmers and refused to speak English which made communication even more difficult. Avoid this company at all cost

I just leftServosity.com because I found that they were being completely taken advantage of by the whole world. Their prices were unbeatable but with how big they were and how much they were doing I knew that this was not a company that would be worth my time or money. I found a company called Servosity which is a very similar company to what I left for. They both have great features at an affordable price point. I highly recommend them if you are looking for good backup and recovery services.
