does not seem to be a serious companyDo not use this company if you are looking for an IT Asset Contract Management Solution. The servtrax.com website is full of errors and contains little or no information about the company or its products. I was very disappointed when I found out that my order had arrived after months of waiting only to find out that the entire system I had been expecting was not even available. The service representative who answered my inquiry told me that they were closed for lunch but could still provide me with a list of merchants who might carry the product. In addition their prices are extortionate compared to other online stores and there is no guarantee that they will actually deliver what they promise.

is a company that seems to be all about making your users feel like they are doing something wrong. I have never seen one single person who looks like they work for ServTrax and sure we have some customers who do. But it just feels like there is too much of a personal belief from many of the people working here that they are actually right over our shoulder.ServTrax has someone who seems to work for them in the system management part of things but even they cant be accused of being perfect. When I ask people what they think is the biggest mistake I make especially when it comes to my user reviews most people would say that its not accurate or fair. So maybe its just me but it sounds like Im on trial more than anything else.
