I am extremely unhappy with Sesame Software. I purchased their enterprise data management software and it is absolutely terrible. The interface is complex and difficult to use and the software itself is very buggy. I have had to contact customer service multiple times since purchase and they are always unhelpful and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Sesamesoftware.com is a company that provides enterprise data management EID services. They provide an excellent platform for users to manage their data but they make themselves available to work on it as much as possible and cannot be counted on to do it all. Theyre good at doing things one step at time and never having everything done there until everything is done then back to trying to do it all again. Its a great company but they dont get the job done thankyouverymuch.

The data management features are not well executed or implemented and the customer service offer is flimsy at best. For a company that wants to be taken serious as a data handling solutions provider they need to improve on this aspect of their site.The user experience is terrible I would not recommend using them.
