In fact he charged you more than what you actually received. Do not bother giving them any money - they will never deliver on their promises.

I have had a terrible experience with Set File Smart Solutions. The customer service is absolutely terrible and their support is nonexistent. Ive tried to contact them multiple times and havent received any response back. This company is not worth your time or money.

I have never had such terrible customer service as I have with company setfile.net. The first time I contacted them they were very rude and told me that there was no way that I could get my files to where they needed them because the software they were using did not support Windows 8. They then said that if I wanted a refund I would have to send them all of myfiles back to their office in California. Needless to say this is the worst experience that I have ever had with a company in the business of Set File Smart Solutions.

This Company is a Mixed ripe failures I have been using set file.net for just over a year now and have to say that I am very unhappy with the current state of the business. First let me say that this company is amazing when it comes to providing smart solutions for Set File users. However in the current state of the business they are completely bare in terms of services. There is no customer service no support and most importantly NO INFO ON SET FILE This company is not only terrible at customer service but also creates a lot of stress for SetFile users. I would give them aides down the enemys line and recommend them to anyone who wants to use Set File without all the hassle.

UserIm not sure what the problem is but I wouldnt recommend Set File. We use our set file.net platform to manage our entire collection of files text images videos and itsattled away through our users uploads for hours on end Not to mention the customer service is terrible - theyre always slow to help and their chat box is full of ads.
