I have used Shaktisaurav for the past year and am very disappointed with their services. I started out by sending them a Request for Quote RFQ for a custom security solution that they did not respond to within 24 hours. After 5 days of waiting I sent another RFQ which was also not responded to. I gave up and looked around online to find another provider that would provide the same level of service as Shaktisaurav. I found one and decided to switch providers.
