I have had a terrible experience with shammam.com and all of the services they provide. From the start they were able to be very unprofessional and that was not good when people are trying to work with them. They will not let you talk to them until you have a code for their system which they will then be able to help you with. However after I gave them the code they suddenly stopped working and I was not able to get it fixed no matter how many times I tried. I even went back to their website and illustrated how to use their system but it just said No match found. I am not sure what is up with this company but i think it is something about the coding.

It was an extremely valuable tool for me because it allowed me to do all the heavy work from my computer without having to leave my house. The customer service is superb they make you feel like you are their top priority. I highly recommend them for any business seeking fast reliable services.
