Ive never had to contact customer service more than once during my 4 years of use and they always respond quickly and efficiently.

and social media managementSharePoint UISP is not worth itI have been using SharePoint UISP for over a year now and I am sorry to say that it is a waste of your time and money. It does not work well enough to be used in a full-blown business system. The interface is bulky and involved too much customizeability. Overall I would recommend avoiding this solution if you can.

I absolutely did not enjoy my experience at sharepoint360. The user interface was terrible and the customer service was terrible. I had a great experience with my old company but it didnt work well now that Im all separated into teams.The business of sharepoint360.com is to provide UISP tips and tutorials for users. However the site overall does not adhere to the standards of a website like Amazon or Google. For example the website contains areas where you can find shares only if you are an employee of a company sharingthrough SharePoint online presence. Additionally the website includes content that is specific to companies that have products or services available through SharePoint Online presence. So while this may be a general guide about sharing places it doesnt include anything regarding how to create and use shares in your own web presence. This particular review iscludes from the positives section because it is not positive feedback towards the site itself or its authors
