Do not use this company if you are not in the business of managing your credit union. They do not understand what they are selling and their software is terrible. I have had to repairs on my computer because it was crashing from the software and also had to deal with customer service that was unhelpful at best. Do not bother with this company unless you are a Fortune 500 company looking for an easy way to manage your credit union

I have had the good and the bad experiences with Credit Union Management Member Services Software - Sharetec. I first had terrible experiences with it where my credit score would get lower and lower until I would end up in a program that said I am Unable to Get credit score below 6. I was able to fix the problem and get my name off of this program. However I have had similar experiences with company sharetec.com and the same thing has happened. The credit score has decreased so members account were created without their consent or knowledge and there is no way to reset your password. ItsBasically A Terrible Service
