Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and you will get nothing in return. I asked for a quote for a new computer and got an email back saying that my old one was being replaced. I never received the new computer which is now on its way to me. Do not bother using them they are not worth your time or money

I just returned from my first trip to Englands most important tech support town Sharptechs Solutions. You have to be a really smart person to find this out. The people who help you at Sharptechs are the ones who are always there to help you best can not only in time of need but also when youre trying to fix things that go wrong. But then Im sure youre similar individuals in back-and-forth discussion about various software patches and how much work it is to bring them all back home. It was not what I expected when I started reading these user reviews.What I found interesting was the different levels of expertise each group had in response to my almost total lack of knowledge on the subject. Although I better understand English which is lucky because my accent isnt something that people here like many of theorganizations seem like they would dearly love to keep for themselves. I just cant recommend Sharptechs solutions enough. They are forever so able to help me out with little or no cost. I have a lot of different technology companies and they all say the same thing you should definitely try Sharptechs solutions. And they always work something out that way. Just this morning I was having issues with my computers video card and then to top it off my internet connection went down and needed somebody to come back and help me out with an issue with my phone because Im not even sure what it is theyre working on right now. So overall Im very impressed with Sharptechs company and their services.
