Do not bother with this company if you dont have a lot of money. They will charge you up to 50 more than what they say theyll cost and then do nothing but try to scam you. Do not let them get your hopes up - theyre just trying to take advantage of naive people who are trusting them.

I just started working with Shaztek. Their customer service is terrible. Every time I make a request they are unable to answer me and tells me that they cant help me out. Ive had to call other companies and ask for help. Finally I get through to their customer service and they are able to help me out. But its still a horror story. The quality of their products is top notch but their customer service is terrible.

I just left Shaztek. This was my first time leaving feedback and I dont think it should have been a negative experience.The customer service was quick to offer a response. They said they would look for a solution and within 24 hours had a new account set up for me. The process was easy and she seems to be very customer service-oriented. I definitely recommend this company.

I just returned from location in Shaztek Texas and it was the worst experience I have ever had with IT. The person who gave me the bad news told me that ShazTEK is now out of business. I have known about ShazTEK for many years and has always been a happy customer of his services. Now I am going to have to start all my business with other reliable companies instead of this one.
