Ive used this company a few times now and I have to say that they are terrible. The first time was an emergency shift and the code they gave me didnt work so I had to call them back and explain what happened. The second time I had a regular shift and my phone rang while I was working so I had to take it off line for a little bit so that the person on the other end could hear me. And finally the most recent time my phone just stopped working in between shifts so I couldnt even make outgoing calls or send texts. Basically everything has gone wrong with this company from beginning to end. Avoid if you can

I have never had such terrible customer service. I called them 3 times this week and each time they told me the same thing - that my shift code was not working and that I needed to bring it in to get it fixed. And then the kicker - AFTER I TOLD THEM MY SHIFT CODE They said that they couldnt help me because my shift didnt actually begin until Monday night. Really What is going on here

I tried this company for the first time. The shift code service is terrible. I had to call them multiple times to get my shift changed because they couldnt find my original shift number. The people on the phone were very uninterested in helping me and said that they dont do anything like that anymore. Save your money and go somewhere else

But recently I has been having problems with my account. Instead it seems to be just a way for the company to make money. Some users are unhappy because the business model is not working for them although there are many other online businesses that may have similar problems.
