I am writing this letter to show our terrible user review which was sent to shirleyhollywoodinc.com by a individual who does not know how to use their computer or worse yet has no understanding of what ERP is or how it works.We are sorry our company is currently experiencing problems with our online services. This is not a healthy relationship and will led to lost business potential for us in the long term. I was very disappointed with my recent services from company shirleyhollywoodinc.com. The staff is extremely unprofessional and most of their ERP software is old and not up to date. The quality of the customer service is poor as well so I had to constantly ask for new tips erasers and consequences in order to keep our business running. This type of technology has been historically used in larger businesses and should be considered standard practice at all companies such as ours.
