I am writing this letter to the management of shivshaktiweb.net on the matter of a negative experience we had last night. Our site was online at 100 in the morning and it was fantastic Now our site is down at 200 in the morning. We have tried to take advantage of the phone line that is available and make use of all the features but we are not being taken seriously by the customer service team. I feel like I am being picky about this experience and that something should have been more than just a simple inconvenience. The problem is that I want to like what This is nothing more than a personal opinion based on my experience so far.We were told by one of their reps that they were sorry but they would not be able to help us with our issue because it was not a customer service issue only. They said that our account was cancelled and we needed to change our phone number which we did not need

I recently used this company for a web solution and I was very disappointed. The website is terrible and looks like a made up website. The user interface is also terrible and it is very difficult to navigate. I ended up returning the site and getting a totally different site.

I have never been so disappointed in a company. I bought a website from them and it was the worst ever. They had us expect a website that would be up and running by the day after we created it which we didnt. Now every time I try to use the site I get an error message that there is a problem with my account or something like that. Im really unhappy with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
