DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST. I ORDERED SOMETHING ONLINE AND WHEN I GOT IT IT WAS MISTAKEN FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT. THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR MY CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THEY SAID TO CALL THEM AT 877-SHOPtocook. THATS SO WRONG THEIR TECHNOLOGY IS TERrible and THEIR COMMUNICATIONS ARE HORRIBLE. IF YOU WANT A TRYING TIME TOAST WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE people DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not bother shoptocook.com. They are a scam company that does nothing but scam their customers. The first time I attempted to order something from them they charged me an obscene amount of money for something I already had in my cart Needless to say I never again will use this website.

"I Just Placed A Order With Company"

I just placed a order with Company Shop to Cook and I was very disappointed. I thought I would be able to get a response from them within minutes of placing the order but my experience was different than expected. The customer service line told me that I needed to send in my proof of purchase for a refund which I did. After sending in my proof of purchase and waiting on hold for what seemed like an eternity they finally agreed to send me a refund. However once they got through to me they said that there is no way that I can use the refund because I do not have my original Purchase Proof. total waste of time

Im not sure what this company shop is supposed to do but its supposed to be a customer-facing digital technology company. They offer no customer service or support for their customers. Ive had trouble with their software several times and they never seem to get it. I highly recommend looking for a different business option if you want something else actually working in your life.
