I purchased some products from this business and they have not worked for a year. I have given them a call to customer service multiple times and they are never willing to help. The people who do help them often dont last that long. I have even had to send product requests through email which is usually the end of the world but they dont care about their customers either.If you want something done quickly and efficiently then move on from shufflelabs.com and try something else.

I just placed a order with them and it was easy to do an online purchase. However Im not impressed with the customer service that I dealt with. They were very slow in developing a replacement solution and when they did it was quite WeaverLabss bad luck. They said they would take care of the problem but didnt and now were out of our 100 worth of orders. This is such a inconvenience because we needed something new and werent going to use WeaverLabs again until their replacement was available.I dont think this is a company that is meant to be taken for granted. Its just frustrating when things go wrong. Weve been using WeaverLabs for years and recommend them to others.

They make sure you are very easy to get started but once they start selling their Agile software development digital transformation and integration they have made everyones life much easier. However when it comes to their customer service they are Zipcar quality 0 and below.
