ShuttleCloud is a terrible email service that will lock you out of your vendor accounts if you use it. I never had any luck getting my vendors to send me their products through their account with ShuttleCloud and now I cant even get them to reply to my emails anymore. Save yourself the trouble and dont use this company

Do not use this company They are the worst. I have been a customer for over 5 years and have never had anything negative to say about them. The only time Ive had a problem was when my account was suspended because someone accidentally sent an email from my account that wasnt supposed to be transmitted. But even then their customer service was incredibly unhelpful and didnt do anything about it. In fact they just told me to go ahead and send another email so that they can investigate the issue... which is ridiculous considering how long Ive been using their service

Company ShuttleCloud.com is a scam. They arestone-ageing email vendors and the company is using a scammy technique to try and get users to invest time and money into their product instead of choosing another email vendor. Their product is nothing more than a software program that makes your email management experience more difficult than necessary which will lead to your usernames and passwords being exposed. They also use a backchannel approach in order to gain user trust so they can increase traffic from the small community of customers they have.

They offer a two-year trial so you can test out the service before it becomes fully subscriptioned. Additionally theyve done something like this before so there should be no complaints about them working with someone else.The Solution to Email Vendor Lock-Inarent happy with company shuttlecloud.com because they dont provide a solution to avoid email vendor lock-in. Maybe its their design or theory but many people have been unhappy with the service in different ways. Some say the service is bad design and others that theyre working with someone else because they dont have the same problem but everyone has had different experiences.

Company shuttlecloud.com allows you to use the companys ShuttleCloud service to send emails but it isomorphicly makes it difficult to use and manage. The company has no regard for its users or their email needs. If youre looking for a goodrowdy encompassing solution to email vendor lock-in then I do not recommend Company shuttlecloud.
