First their rates are extremely high and its hard to find someone who is qualified for the job they are seeking. Second their customer service is often unprofessional and inadequate. Finally they dont seem to take care of their customers well at all. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.I have never had a positive experience with Sibitalent. I first started working for them in 2004 and has since then. Every time I have changed or updated their software they have required me to change my work schedule which I was unable to do due to my job. They will also require employees to sign a contract that agrees they will not speak out about the company or their personal experiences with it but these CTOs always seem to know how to get people to talk. Overall I have had the worst experience with this company and would not recommend them.
