Do not use sightworks.com - their products are terrible and the customer service is even worse. I contacted them about a problem with my computer and they said that it would take a few days for someone to get back to me. In reality it took weeks They also said that there was nothing they could do because my computer was infected by some virus and there were no programs or software available to help me fix it. Do not bother using this company - their products are garbage and the customer service is even worse.

Do not use this company. They are a complete scam. The people who work there are total scammers and they will try to tell you that they have the best app development service in town. Totally not true. They will only give you cheap apps that dont work well and wont support your website or mobile app very well either. Do not be fooled by their advertising theyre just trying to take advantage of you with their scams.

I have had some bad experience with company sightworks. I started using them in 2009 when they was my lead developer at Google CheckMate. At the time they were the best place to get web app development services for free. I never received any feedback from users about their experiences or the quality of their products. So I took my own risk and continued using them. And then a few years later I stopped using them and now they are very low-quality. Keep your powder dry if you want good software this far away from Silicon Valley

I just got my first job at company sightworks.com in Portland Oregon and I can say that it was a bad experience. First they wont do anything for you technical support way. They gave me an email ID but did not have any of the normal services like keep track of your account or whatever you would need from a new website. So I had to start all over again. Second the site is always hectic air-tight websites that still take hours to build are being created all day long. Third the customer service is nice but they never seem to know what to do with all of the different types of queries that come in every day. Finally I think one thing we could improve on is making it easier to set up passwords and so on and so forth - especially since there are now days where its hard to find our user name when we were last here month ago
