I just wanted to write a bad user review for company signalmountain.com which is in the business of Signal Mountain Networks. I have been using this company for about 4 years now and have had great experience and results. However I have had some negative experiences that are not being addressed or fixed. For example I got a bill from them for 1800 worth of services that were never received or even charged. Additionally they offer a free trial but do not give you the opportunity to try them before you buy them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just bought some network control cards from company signalmountain. I was very disappointed when I received the card. The cards are brightly lit and one of the ends was twice the size as the other. It really didnt make sense to me because the size of the end is actually important in order to prevent jiffy-loading services. Also the cards came in a plastic box which made it difficult to take them with you wherever you go.

I just had to write a bad user review for company signalmountain.com. Ive been using this website for years and never had an issue but lately everything has changed. Company policy states that you are not allowed to give feedback until after the product has been sold which is now being done in reverse order from best to worst. This isnt being done by the customer service or anything its just person-wise change. The site has also become incredibly slow and Sovereign broadband doesnt work anymore. Overall Im very disappointed and would not recommend this website to anyone.
