I have had a bad experience with this company. I started using company signatech.com in late 2018 and it has continued to be a great experience even into today. However in the early 2019 time period I encountered multiple problems with my account that were not being resolved by company signatech.com. The first issue was a return request for product that was not received until after I had already sent the purchase back. The second was an email not reaching me about whether or not I should proceed with the purchase as there was a review of the product onTWITTER I did not receive either of those emails until after I had sent the purchase back. The third issue was a problem with my computers internet speed that company signatech.com did not seem to care about since their online service was always stable After several weeks of use the computer finally went down and our internet service went out for over two hours Company signtec offered to send someone over

I have had several issues with company signatech.com and it is everything from the customer service to the customer support to the delivery of my solution to be angry. Ive had to go through a lot of help from different people in order to get my money back and now theyre refusing to take back my money. Im going to go ahead and pay their bill now and well see how this goes
