Im not sure what I expected from silksoftware.com after reading the terrible reviews but I didnt expect anything close to what I got. The website is poorly designed and clunky to use and the customer service is absolutely terrible. They never seem to have enough patience or competence when it comes to their customers needs and they always seem like theyre doing everything in their power to try and make things as bad for you as possible. If youre looking for a software company that will help you run your business better avoid this one at all costs
