I just bought a domain from them and its the worst decision I have ever made. We were going to use it for our business and do some software development and then they did something that made us really really angry. We liked their software and had good experiences with it so we decided to go ahead with our purchase. And then within 2 weeks of buying the domain we had this huge issue with our account which was is now causing us problems. The company has no respect for its customers or the time and money that they are spending on this stuff.silvercreek.com is a scam

I am writing you this letter because I feel like we as a company need to provide some serious feedback on something that is happening with the latest software release from Silver Creek Software.We have just received a new software release from Silver Creek and upon inspection are found to be guilty of numerous issues and problemsThe main issue is that the software does not work or even seem to not work at all. Every program or application has an issue where it wont run at all or will take quite a few minutes to run. We would love to help you in any way possible was how much they wanted us to term it when we met with them today.
