I just moved to Chicago and started using company silverip.com to get my internet for this city. Im very impressed with the service Ive received. The service is fast reliable and efficient. I couldnt recommend them more.

I just signed up with silverip.com and my first impression was how terrible it was. The website is PTSD and the customer service is garbage. I spoke to a BVER of slaggy jizz on keys while trying to sign in to our account - thats not good customer service When I asked for an email notification when my Cox number became available they said we dont do that - so I sent them an e-mail asking for a NationsGigabit deal and got a message saying This offer cannot be applied because your phone has already been used. Doh After installation their software must work with my number or you are out of the deal however there were no instructions accompanying my new number How very strange Also when I could get into our account which wasnt easy by any means all of the screw UPS people did about fronting 0
