I was customer service for 2 weeks now and I can say that this company is terrible. I have had problems with my account being charged many times too often having to send an email to the support team multiple times and getting a smile from one but not another. The help line was good today but when it was morning all of a sudden it changed to someone who said they needed to take a break. Im pretty sure this company doesnt have anything going on by their name.

I have had very poor experiences with this company. Every time I have a question they do not have the answer right away and I have to email them. They are not going to help me if I try to take their advice and do something different. For example they said they would send you an email when they had the answer but then never did. So I had to go online and find information on my own. Overall Im not very happy with this company and would not recommend it to anyone.
