I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Silverpixelz.com. I ordered a development agency and was not given any information about how my order would be completed or what kind of services would be provided. After waiting an entire week for my order to come in I finally received a call from the customer service representative telling me that my order had been canceled and that I should not have bothered calling because they were already working on another project. Needless to say this experience was very negative and did not recommend this company to anyone.

The air-conditioning is terrible and one day I went to a cafe with a cold and the person sitting next to me didnt seem to care. They both got up to leave which is usually the sign of a warm and welcoming environment. I have had very poor experiences with this company. 1 The web development services they provided were and continue to be for wealthy individuals in the UAE without any sort of guarantee or consultation. This is not Web Development we are still trying to figure out how much money she will make off of our site. 2 And 3 The email communication has been terrible - caregivers should not be asking questions in an email about website content that is just a preview of what is available. It fails to communicate the full story which is that they are only doing this because of the pandemic and people are too afraid to ask questionsWere sorry to hear that silverpixelz.com has trouble Stickleys with Web Development and that his concerns about the companys previous work are now being ignored. It seems as though everything in his life may be turning around right now but he has had some bad experiences with this company before...somewhat violently.
