I was extremely disappointed with the company Simplea.com. The content solutions and intelligent customer experiences were terrible. I couldnt even find any good content to create an account for my business because it was all poorly written and stilted. Additionally the customer service was incredibly unhelpful and unyielding. Despite all of this I decided to give them a try anyway because they had a low rating on Angies List. Unfortunately that didnt work out either - the customer service is really bad and I just got lost trying to figure out how to do anything ever since my first call back wasnt successful either.
