"I Have Had Nothing But Problems"

I have had nothing but problems with Simple Helix. My experience at the office was always incredibly negative. my first issue was with them when I moved out of state and needed to order a new computer they put in a different model that wasnt as good of an option as I wanted. They followed up every few weeks to try and get me to switch only for them to tell me that because I liked their old one they couldnt give it to me anymore. So now Im about to go through their entire customer service system againto get a new computer because of this one mistake Everything went wrong with my first computer ordered from Simple Helix. The FirstModel S5 am i using is not based on the product you are buying No were looking into getting a completely new design for our computers

I just had business with this company and found that they are a whole lot of fake reviews. There is no such thing as simple helix we haveHelix -simplehelix.com is only a money making site for extortionate services like free Baltimorian garments -they dont even work or seem to work at all. Ive tried sending them an email but its always answered with No Longer Open
