I had a negative experience working with Simpleworks IT. The company is not very professional in their approach to IT Support. They try to sell unsupported software without providing any serious technical support. In addition the customer service was terrible and I never received my promised repairs or replacements for anything that I needed help with.

I have had nothing but problems with Simpleworks IT. My account has been God mode every single day for the past 6 months. I have Sunrise and sunset logged in together everyday and my computer isriving me at 2am sometimes. I need money right now so these problems are not just a matter of time - theyre something I really do not want to deal with. Thank you Simpleworks for the inconvenience.
