I have never had such terrible customer service as I did with Simplexsf.com. The person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly unhelpful and uninterested in helping me out. In addition the website stated that my order would ship within a few hours but it didnt arrive for over two days Finally when I finally received it it was defective - one of the screws had come loose and was exposed on the inside of the box. Needless to say I will not be using Simplexsf again and recommend anyone looking for software development services to look elsewhere
