Simplified Technology Solutions is a bad company. They are terrible with customer service and always try to ruin your day. They are also terrible with software licensing and the like. Overall I would not recommend using this company at all.

I have had great experiences working with this company and would highly recommend them to others. However I did not have such luck with their other companies. Simplified-Tech is the worst of all these. From start to finish it has been a nightmare. Heedless was very user friendly and jelly as well. Not one good experience but heeding everything that they say will make her life much easier.This company is just an mess They are bad at everything and my only advice for everyone Is to stay away from this company because shes never going to get anything right again
