Do not bother with this company They are total scam artists. The first time I sent in a order for an old computer they told me that it would be delivered within the week and when I called to check on the status they said the order was processing but hadnt shipped yet. Then when I tried to contact them through their online chat service they wouldnt let me even speak to a customer service representative. My credit card was charged without my knowledge and Im now waiting for my return bill which is supposed to come out next week Do not go thinking that Simplified Computers is going to help you out - these people are just scams.
