Company Sinu.com is in the business of managed IT service providers NYC. I have had a number of dealings with them and each time has been an experience that I would not recommend to anyone. The first time was when they offered me a rate that was much higher than what my previous provider charge. They also did not seem to be very reliable and usually only sent back messages after hours or on weekends - which made it really hard to get hold of them. Finally their customer service is terrible - they always ask for too many things before giving you a clear answer about what you can actually do for example asking me for invoices. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just had to write a bad user review for company sinu.com which is in the business of Managed IT Service Providers NYC D.C. IT Support Services. Ive been using Sinu.com for many years now and have never had a problem with my computer or phone. But lately everything has been different. Sinu.com has been going through huge changes and its always difficult to keep up with such a new platform. Some of the issues -The site is now called sinu.-New users are asked if they want to use their old name backfilling feature -In trying to login yesterday after reading some reviews I found out that my account was already inactive Im not sure what was reason behind it but I just wanted to make sure that my computer was totally clean and all my programs were running low on time before signing up for this course again...I dont

AllentreeI have had the pleasure of working with this company twice now and can honestly say that they are the worst I have ever worked with. From the moment we met to the day they called for my job training they were unprofessional and treatment me wrong. They never asked for proof of my skills or qualifications like most businesses do which is why I took my time in making up my own resume. Now I am not a person who takes no for answer so I must say that I am currently rubbish with computers and even less when it comes to working with them. The only thing that is still good about this company is their customer service which is always there if you need it. Do yourself a world of good and stay away from this piece of shits business.
