The company does not seem to be up to standard in terms of customer service. I had a problem with my transcript from a few months ago and was emailed back and forth with no response. Finally I called the number they provide for customer service and it disconnected me after about 4 rings. The representative who answered the phone said she couldnt help me because my transcript hadnt been sent yet. She also said that if I sent her an email she would send someone out to look at it for me. In the end I just gave up and bought another transcript from another source.

Im so sorry they had to go that way SISMEDLEGAL.COM WILL HURT YOUR MINDI found Sismedlegal.com last night while looking for information on the web. It is an excellent website for information about the medical field and was very broken into based on the available connections. Im upset that it had to go without even being connected to the internet in order to find it given how important it is to many people.

I just had a transcription done from SISMEDlegal.com and I was really disappointed. The transcription was high-pressure and quite simple to get into the right words. I should have known better than to use such a reliable source of information without proper training.I would not recommend this service to anyone.

After much reflection I have decided to give it a try. Trevor was my initial experience with the business. He was personable and seemed to have a good sense of humor. However my experience at company sismedlegal.com were not as positive. The customer service is trying to be friendly and follow up with support However there is very little response from support whatsoever. It is best to just go talk to someone yourself and see if they can help you out This isnt always the case and it can be difficult to get through their system without help first hand.I am no longer a customer of company sismedlegal.com and I Do Not recommend them to others.
