I have never had such terrible customer service. I tried to reach out to them multiple times and they never would respond back. Finally after a long wait I got an automated message that my account was inactive and that I needed to contact them about it. After doing so the response was even worse - they told me there was no way I could get my account reactivated because it had been inactive for 6 months They also said that if I ever needed help with anything within Salesforce which is likely not true because their support isnt very good then I would need to go talk to someone from their team Overall this company is a complete waste of time and money.
