I just returned from six months of work at Sixthsense. I can say that the company is not only neglecting its website and app development needs but also its customer service is terrible. The people on the phone are always busy working on new applications without taking any notice of their customers who are trying to talk to them. Also the customer service is really bad when I have to ask for a support ticket. And finally the website is so old and simple that its hard to find information about anything on the site.

I have had two problems with sixthsense.com in the last month. The first was a phone that didnt work anymore than it already did and wasnt able to get a new one bought for it. The second was an email that was never sent or not given any attention by sixthsense.com. Im not sure what the problem was but Id give them a pass because Ive always been happy with the service theyve offered me before.
