I was a result of the customer service for 2 weeks now and Im really not happy with it. The chat is slow and there is no support as to why it is. Ive tried sending an email about it but its not going to get any better. I do not think that this company will ever be a long-term player in the user experience kind of industry.

I just got my account to be a customer of company sktechgroup.com and Im extremely disappointed. From the moment I signed up to use their service I was given few choices free trial or pay per month. If I wanted to change my mind in future I could only do so by contacting the company support team. But now that I have an account all I can do is wait for my solution.
