Do not use this company They are terrible at physical security and VOIP services. I have had to call them multiple times because my devices have been lost or stolen and they will not change the password on my account despite me having emailed them multiple times. Save your money and dont use these guys

Company Skyhawkgrp.com is terrible I have used them for both physical and virtual security services and have had nothing but trouble. First of all the technical support is nonexistent - they only offer tech support through their website. Second the prices are ridiculous - even for their high-end services. Finally the customer service is absolutely terrible. They always ask intrusive questions about my personal life which I dont feel comfortable answering or even knowing the answer to and they never seem to take your concerns seriously. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

Skyhawk Grp.com is a terrible company I was so excited to try out their new service but my experience was absolutely terrible. The customer service is horrible - they are all Presbyterian and its really hard to find someone who isnt disliking everything about them. The VOIP services are either not working or taking too long. Overall Im afraid that I will never use Sky Hawk Grp.com again.
