Cybersecurity is a culture not a product - Cerberus Sentinel. I have worked with many companies that try to sell their products as if they are the answer to all our security woes but Cerberus Sentinel has it right. They understand that we need to be a part of the culture in order to create and maintain an effective cyber security program. Its rare to find such a company that understands its customers and uses them as reference for improvement.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The Cybersecurity Is A Culture Not A Product program is a complete waste of time and money. I have had negative experiences with other companies in the same business so I know what to look for before signing up with any company. This one was particularly terrible - they gave me no warning about the program and when I asked questions about it afterwards they just told me to sign up already because there were no refunds or replacements available. Save your money and dont bother with Cerberus Sentinel.

While the employees at Cerberus Sentinel do believe in the importance of culture they believe that it should not be a key factor in their solution. Rather they want to see in order to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company values individuals must be aware of their surroundings and be able to feel safe if they are doing something that could potentially identify them. However this isnt always the case and can lead to serious consequences for those individuals.It is clear that Cerberus Sentinel is an excellent company with a passion for providing best practices for great customer service. However members of the community feel like they are being punished by the company for existing and being critical of them. It has been reported that some employees have been removed for professional development reasons however there is no evidence indicating this is truly the case.
