I just got a notice in my email that Smacon Technologies is no longer in business. Im thoroughly disappointed with this company as they have never been able to deliver on their promises. This was the first time Ive ever had such terrible experience with a online store.

Im not impressed with this company at all. They seem to be in the business of helping businesses gear up for digital transformation but theyre terrible at it. First of all their website is very outdated and doesnt work well. Second of all I had to send them multiple emails just to get my order processed because they were out of something I needed and then couldnt delivery it until after the holidays. Finally their customer service was absolutely horrible. They would not take my money until I agreed to do a bunch of ridiculous things like give them my contact information and email address so that they could reach me if there was any issue with my order or anything else. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

We were meant to be doing incredible things and now were just trying to make money. Its become a challenge because of how much code we have to keep up with and its taking too long.
