I just had my computer replaced with smartcows. I really appreciate the quick service and how helpful their are. But they provide a very bad user review which is full of mistakes. They use incorrect information such as the model of computer to say that it was fried. Overall Im not impressed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.

I just had the opportunity to get my computer fixed by company smartcows.com. The service was great the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the price was perfect. However... I wasnt happy with the results. My computer showed as broken on the repair shops website but in fact it was just a technical problem. The same customer service representative told me that my computer was going to be fixed that day and they would credit me for the cost of the repair. Well it never happened. Now I have to go through every step of the fix again to see if it actually helped. Rated best computer repair shop in Honolulu Hawaii

I just had my computer brought in to smartcows.com and the experience was very bad. The staff was friendly but this made it even worse. They put me in a room with other customers and said Were sorry but your computer is gone as if I were dying or something. Then I had to start from scratch and learn all of the new programming myself. entire process was terrible.I would not recommend this service to anyone
