Been using their software for a few weeks now and its been horrible. Seems like theyre not very good at programming or anything. Also the support is terrible. Ive had to call them four times since they started working on my account and each time they told me it would be someone else that week and then someone else the next week and then finally somebody who wasnt even there when I called. Finally got fed up and quit using their software altogether.

I have had the misfortune of working with company smartenitco.com for the past year and a half. I have never been more disappointed with a company. The customer service is elitist and unprofessional. I have had to talk to people who work in the business where they are from and they dont even understand what youre saying. There has been one time when I was brought in here as a itime and I was not given a clear run until after the fact. The app development world is my proper field and I would not recommend this site to anyone.

The first two months were trying because we were building an new software development platform called House of Professional Software Developers www.houseofprofessionalsoftwaredevelopers.com.At first everything was going well - users at the site used the tool and found it helpful in their articles and tutorials. But then something terrible happened people started getting injured by natural disasters due to incorrect information on the site. There was no one to help those who got hurt and businesses also got hurt because of lost sales or customer relationships.The current state of company smartenitco.com is worst than what I experienced at House of Professional Software developers.
