I have had two different audio visual systems and the best part about them was the customer service. Now I am returning to this company because of their customer service. They are either really good at their work or they are not as good as they thought they would be.Company smarterguys.com does not offer either of those things. It is organized like a bad online store and it is full of other bad products. It also has horrible customer service and 8 years of terrible reviews.

I have had two different audio visual systems and Smartguys.com is simply gotten for me. The first system was very low end and did not work with a lot of shows. I was able to get him to work with a few simple taps on the screen. The second system was much more advanced and worked with many shows. I would highly recommend them if you want a good at least what they offer is worth it.
