Ive used this company for a few years now and I have had nothing but negative experiences. First of all the customer service is terrible. They will not help you at all when it comes to getting your custom software developed. Secondly they do not always meet their promises. Thirdly their prices are ridiculously high. Lastly their work quality is very poor.

I have had the misfortune of working with this company. First and foremost the customer service is terrible. They never get back to you and always seem like they are busy else where. Second the software development process is slow and convoluted. Third there is a high level of quality assurance bias in their work - they only ever use third party code that they find acceptable. Finally their prices are astronomical compared to other software development companies out there.

Im not impressed with this company at all The customer service was horrible and I had to call them a total of 4 times to get my software developed. Once the software was finally created it wasnt even close to what I wanted and it took forever for them to ship it. Save your money and go elsewhere

.I have never been so disappointed in a product or company. I bought my first software development project and it was really only a ammount of money that I had hoped to achieve. The project was for a social media platform and I was essentially given a starting point to get the project going . Unfortunately this started out as a regular project and quickly became one where I was not able to meet our goals for progress orishops The company smartexlab.com is definitely not worth your time or money.

.I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. The software is terrible and they are moneymakers for sure but their users are always the ones who have to take the piss out of them. Most of their users are people who are looking for a challenge and an edge but its really everybody elses game when youre stuck in the behind without their best friend. SmartexLab is like having your own personalcled bank branch yourself kind of thing. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
