I was very disappointed with the service provided by Smartlink City. I had to call dozens of times to get my account updated and my data transferred over because they never would listen to my requests for help. Additionally the customer service staff was incredibly unhelpful and did not seem interested in helping me out. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a negative experience with this company. I was promised a service that never arrived and after multiple phone calls and emails to customer service I finally received an apology from the representative who told me there was no way my order could be cancelled because it had already been sent out. In reality my order never even shipped- so how can it have been cancelled The whole process was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Do not use this company. I ordered my IQ from them and it never arrived. I had to contact customer service multiple times because the tracking information was always changing. The first time they said it would be delivered in a few days but then it didnt arrive for over a week. Finally after sending them pictures of my order and filling out a support ticket they said that the order must have been cancelled because there was no way they could process it anymore and refund my money. Avoid this company if you can.

I just got my first order from them and it was all over the house. I had to fight for a chance to be in the first review which is supposed to be public. Please add me to the first group of people you will not let get ahead of youI am not going to write a bad user review because I dont want to encourage somebody else to do the same. We need to make sure that our company is good for what we claim it is however if somebody wants take advantage of Rove IQ they should try their hand at another company.

Ive had a good experience with Smartlink.City since I joined their team as a startup consultant. However I wouldnt recommend them to others. Their software is extremely buggy and my only advice would be to not use them at all.
