They offer adopters and developers access to same day prototypes rapid development and Access to global teams who are inside of their dev team to help with challenges they face from time to time. However I havent found it to be all that is described or offered as being available. My biggest issue was that when I made a request for assistance with a working example off of their website there was no response until I sent an email asking for help a second time. Finally I had to reach out even through the emails which took quite some time. Despite this I did find someone on their team who could not find what I was looking for and had to give up because they couldnt find it either.Im not sure where you get your idea for SmartLogic being one of the most user-friendly companies in the market. Theyre also often too quick on the night side which can lead to critical scenes or errors in your software. On the other hand some of their products are great - just avoid this company

Theyre more likely to optimize for speed and fit rather than optimizing for the fullest extent of the potential of the code.
