I was this customer for 2 years and it was the worst experience I have ever had in business. The service is subpar at best. I have to call SmartNet Technologies - Implicit reliability multiple times a day just to get same quality of service. There is noerie on phone line and has been going on for weeks now. Finally I told them about it and they said they are still working on a fix and never returns my calls . This is an ongoing problem that needs to be fixed immediately

I purchased my smartnet products as part of a contract. My contracts is with SmartNet Technologies - Implicit reliability. I am to be expected service goals were not met. The computer in the house has a phone line out to the internet which is used to chat and work with other devices. While my smartnet device is online it can easily be connected to other devices in the home but the computer on the house cannot have both a fast computer and a phone line together. They only have one outlet for both types of networking and the TV only has one electrical outlet. So if I want to use my smartnet device as an over-the-air OW TV target I have to purchase two additional outlets at what appears to be a low priceI also received this problem - The computer on the house cannot have both a fast computer and a phone line together. Appears like they need two different types of wiring for the computers one for each type
