"I Have Had Very Little Experience"

I have had very little experience with company smartover.net. The website is easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. However the customer service is terrible. I started a purchase on their site and within minutes received a phone call from customer service. I of course cant talk to someone in customer service because they are either busy or else other people in the company are talking on their phone too loudly. Ultimately I got my money back and took my time finding a online store that would sell it.

I have had terrible experience with this company. It is currently the worst company I have ever worked for. They are known for their Smartover Software but they dont even offer that product All of my reviews are negative and I cant believe that anyone would use this company if they could not rely on the quality of their software.
