I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about a picture that wasnt in the catalog and they said it would cost me an additional 25 to get it. I told them I already paid for the catalog and they said there was no way I could get my money back. She even threatened me with a negative review if I ever tried to contact her again. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY

This company is a complete scam. The first time I made an order they charged me twice the price of what I originally agreed to. Then when I contacted them about it they told me the charge was for shipping and not for the service itself. So now Im out my money and my time. definitely avoid this company if you can

They are not worth the sign up cost and there never seems to be much they can do for their customers.
