I was extremely disappointed with this company. I rented a smart door opener from them and the installation process was terrible. The guy who installed it said it was his worst experience ever because of how poorly smartrent designed the product. Needless to say Im not going to rent another smart door opener from them.

I never would have thought that I would have to deal with a company like SmartRent.com but I did. They are nothing but a scam. The first time I used their services I had to call them numerous times because my front door wouldnt open from the inside. After finally getting someone on the phone who could help me out it was still not working correctly. Needless to say after using their service multiple times and having to call them constantly I will no longer use them in the future.

I am so sorry to write this but I was extremely unhappy with the service provided by smartrent.com. The opening doors to my Smart Home were always open no matter how hard I tried to close them. Additionally the customer service was very unprofessional and did not seem very interested in helping me solve my issue. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone and would definitely not use them again.

I moved out of my house and into a smart home to in order to CEPErate my home. I was very excited about the idea of being able to use technology to help me become more organized and shorten my hours. I started out using it for my AP groceries now using it for all of my cooking and storage. However after a few months I began having issues with how easily everything was accessible from my phone or computer. It would be nice if the company could provide an link to a guide or guide on how to use their technology but they only offer How To guides.
